Eating right and taking supplements is a must in our current lifestyles.

There are several “diet” programs out there, I have tried almost all throughout my life, and I found what works best for me is eating a lot vegetables and protein.    I do eat bread once a day that has no more than 5 ingredients on it.  Fruits, not all, my favorite to go is bananas and blueberries and fresh oranges from my backyard.  I can only eat half of the orange at time.  Have to watch the sugars in it.

I made it a habit to weight all my food in grams.    It is incredible how one can eat.  for example, 300 grams of romaine lettuce is roughly 100 calories.   You will be surprised at how much in volume that is.
