Healthy Life Style From the Inside Out

  • What you put inside your body is important, as well as what goes on your body.
  • Try to buy organic non GMO as much as possible.
  • Eat more vegetables.  Yes!  There are so many ways to prepare them, not all have to be raw or overcooked.

  • For animal based protein look for grass fed meat, poultry.   Eggs from grass fed chickens, non GMO.
  • Drink lots of water, and use a  good brand to filter your water.  I use puritii filter as it removes 99.99% of the toxins.  You can take it with you anywhere.   It is your body, your choice.
